I purchased a Townie Path Go! electric bike in late September. Initially, I thought I’d use it in October and then store it in the conservatory until spring. But as autumn arrived, I pulled on my jeans and started commuting to work on the Electra. By February, it became clear to me that the saying, “You can’t cycle in Estonia during winter,” must come from people who’ve never actually tried it. Yesterday, I sold my car – it had been sitting unused in the parking lot all winter. Getting around by bike is fast, healthy, and fun. Thanks to the Electra’s wide tires and low riding position, even winter cycling is a real pleasure! 🙂
